Why Do You Need Dubbing Quality Control?
Dubbing your video into a foreign language requires the utmost attention to every detail, especially when you are not familiar with the new language. Any small mistake like mispronunciation, poor audio recording, or unfiltered background noise might ruin your media product. As those mistakes can be made during the dubbing process, doing dubbing quality control is highly recommended to produce an error-free dubbed video.
At GTE Media, we have a dedicated team of Asian native professionals to make sure your dubbed version is ready-to-publish.
Our Dubbing QC Stages
In pre-mixing quality control, the recorded audio will be reviewed carefully before being mixed into the video.
This step will ensure that the pre-mixing file is clear of any possible linguistic errors and meet the required technical specifications for mixing.
Post-mixing quality control focuses on reviewing the final dubbed audio by simulating the customer viewing experience.
In this step, our specialists identify:
- Issues that might prevent client consumption (missing dub, poor quality, syncing issues, etc.)
- Issues that might reduce the product quality after mixing (video artefacts, video distortion, etc.)
Final Check QC
The final check step will be performed after the issues identified in the post-mixing QC step have been corrected.
Our team double-check the whole files again to make sure your dubbed products are ready-to-publish.
